Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Bejeweled B is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Bejeweled B is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
