Thank you for shopping with Bejeweled. We hope you love your pieces as much as we love creating them. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

•    We accept returns on unused and unworn jewelry and press-on nails within 14 days of delivery.
•    Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.
•    Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

💳 Refunds

•    Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you.
•    If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
•    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

•    Exchanges are subject to product availability.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

•    Press-on nails that have been used or opened
•    Jewelry worn or damaged after delivery
•    Sale or clearance items

📬 Return Shipping

•    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
•    We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
